We deliver across the European Union. The exact list of countries, carriers and services is set in the store's shipping configuration and is shown at checkout.

2. Delivery cost

The delivery cost depends on the destination country, the weight and dimensions of the parcel and the selected service. The exact amount is shown before the order is placed. No delivery charge is added afterwards.

3. Delivery time

Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are given in working days. They are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

4. Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, the tracking number and link appear in your order in the customer account.

5. Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support with the order number. We will open a claim with the carrier.
